Founder
JENNIFER WHITE
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in family practice and primary care, and more than 20 years in healthcare. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Delaware and began my career in Baltimore, Maryland, where I’m originally from. Since 2022, I’ve been proud to serve patients in Iowa.
My practice focuses on comprehensive care, offering services such as women’s and men’s health, medical weight loss and management, hormone replacement and optimization, pelvic and vaginal revitalization therapies, and stable medication management for certain chronic conditions. I also specialize in a range of aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, cellulite treatments, IPL skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and more.
What sets my care apart:
- Patient-Centered Approach
I treat people, not numbers. I believe in listening to my patients because no one knows their body better than they do. Together, we work as a team to develop a personalized care plan—you play an active role in your health journey. - Honesty and Transparency
I’m straightforward and direct. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll tell you. I foster a laid-back, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where you can discuss anything, even topics that may feel uncomfortable. Open communication is essential for effective care. - Collaborative Decision-Making
My role is to listen, educate, and provide recommendations based on my professional expertise. Ultimately, you are in charge of your body and your treatment decisions.
On a personal note, I’m a proud fan of the TV show Friends—I quote it daily—and I have a soft spot for sugar, carbs, and all things ’80s (especially the music). Inspired by my passion for human connection and open communication, I’m venturing into becoming the next-generation Dr. Ruth, embracing her philosophy on life, relationships, and the power of honest conversations.
